ALGIERS- President of the Transitional Sovereign Council Council of the Republic of Sudan, General Abdel Fattah Abdel Fattah al-Burhan Abderrahmane, arrived in Algiers on Sunday for a two-day official visit.

Upon his arrival at Houari Boumediene international airport, General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan was welcomed by Prime Minister, Nadir Larbaoui Larbaoui, representing the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune.  

 

 

President of the Republic reserves solemn welcome to President of the Transitional Sovereign Council of the Republic of Sudan

 

ALGIERS-The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune reserved a solemn welcome to the President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council of the Republic of Sudan, General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan Abderrahmane, at the headquarters of the Presidency of the Republic.

The two presidents listened to the two countries' national anthems before reviewing the formations of the forces of the People's National Army (PNA), which paid tribute to them.

The President of the Transitional Sovereign Council of the Republic of Sudan arrived in Algiers on Sunday for a two-day official visit.     

He was welcomed upon his arrival at Houari Boumediene International Airport by the Prime Minister, Nadir Larbaoui, in his capacity as representative of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune.

President of Sudan's Transitional Sovereign Council pays tribute to martyrs of National Liberation War

 

ALGIERS-The President of the Transitional Sovereign Council of the Republic of Sudan, General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan Abderrahmane, paid tribute Sunday at the Martyrs' Sanctuary in Algiers to the memory of the martyrs of the glorious War of National Liberation.

General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan was accompanied by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ahmed Attaf, at the Sanctuary of the Martyrs.

The President of the Transitional Sovereign Council of the Republic of Sudan, a sister country, arrived in Algiers on Sunday for a two-day official visit.

 

President of the Republic holds talks with President of the Transitional Sovereign Council of the Republic of Sudan

ALGIERS-The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, held Sunday one-on-one talks with the President of the Transitional Sovereign Council of the Republic of Sudan, brotherly country, General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan Abderrahmane, who is on a two-day official visit to Algeria.

The talks, which were held at the headquarters of the Presidency of the Republic, were extended to the delegations of the two countries.

Earlier, The President of the Republic reserved a solemn welcome to the guest of Algeria, at the headquarters of the Presidency of the Republic.

Algeria always backs resolving internal conflicts away from foreign interference, says President Tebboune 

ALGIERS-The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, affirmed Sunday that “Algeria has always favored and privileged the resolution of conflicts through a purely internal approach, away from any form of foreign interference.”

In a joint statement to media outlets with the President of the Transitional Sovereign Council of the Republic of Sudan, General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan Abdel Rahman, following their discussions at the headquarters of the Presidency of the Republic, President Tebboune underscored that Algeria “stands with the Sudanese people in overcoming the difficult situation their brotherly country is going through, which is also targeted by the forces of evil.”

“Algeria has always favored the resolution of internal disputes and conflicts through a purely internal approach, away from any form of foreign interference,” added the President of the Republic, stressing that “the last word belongs to the Sudanese people with all their components.”

President Tebboune said he is convinced that Sudan “will overcome this ordeal brought on by shameless antagonism targeting it.”

The President of the Republic pointed out “the long-standing brotherly relations underpinned by close cooperation and mutual respect,” between the two peoples, commending Sudan’s stance that “backs Algeria as a member of the United Nations Security Council.”

“Algeria will work during its mandate as a non-permanent member of the Security Council to back just causes in Africa and worldwide, and to curb the conflicts and tensions that now endanger the stability of States and the tranquility of peoples,” President Tebboune emphasized.

On this occasion, the President of the Republic affirmed “the convergence of views between Algeria and Sudan on many regional and international issues.”

President Tebboune reiterates Algeria's support for Sudan against forces of evil

 

ALGIERS- The president of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, on Sunday reiterated Algeria's support for Sudan to overcome the current difficult situation and face the forces of evil targeting it.

In a joint statement to the media, with the chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council of the Republic of Sudan, General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan Abderrahmane, following the discussions they had held at the headquarters of the presidency of the Republic, President Tebboune said Algeria "stands with Sudan in overcoming the current difficult situation and facing the forces of evil targeting it, praising "the secular relations" between the two sister countries.

In this respect, President Tebboune welcomed the position of Sudan, "which supports Algeria as a UN Security Council member," stressing "the convergence of views between the two countries about several regional and international issues."

The chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council of the Republic of Sudan said his country was facing a "conspiracy with the involvement of regional and international parties," expressing satisfaction that "Algeria is present at any debate or negotiation at both Arab and regional levels."

Algeria "has always supported Sudan" and the Algerian people "are known for their nationalism and defence of just causes," General Al-Burhan said, underlining "the convergence of views with Algeria on many topical issues." 

 

Crisis in Sudan: Al-Burhan welcomes Algeria's presence at any debate or negotiating table

ALGIERS- President of the Sovereign Council of the Republic of Sudan, General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan Abderrahmane, said on Sunday in Algiers that his country welcomes Algeria's presence at any table for dialogue or debate aimed at achieving a peaceful solution to the crisis in Sudan.

In a joint statement to the press with President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, at the end of their talks at the Presidency of the Republic, General Al-Burhan said that Sudan was "the victim of a conspiracy hatched in collusion with regional and international parties and with the complicity of henchmen who conspire against their people, but the sincere will of the people will triumph in the end and Sudan will stand on its feet again thanks to God, strengthened by the support of its people and souls imbued with nationalism in the Arab-Muslim world."

He also expressed his support for "Algeria's presence at any Arab or African table for dialogue or debate," because Algeria "always defends the truth, and its positions are constant, and we are proud of them. We want peaceful solutions to overcome this ordeal," he said.

The President of the Sovereign Council of Sudan also praised "the positions of President Tebboune and the Algerian people, who are imbued with nationalism and support just causes," adding that Algeria, "which has always sided with justice, has never ceased to support Sudan in all the ordeals it has been through throughout its history.

He also reiterated his country's support for Algeria in its capacity as a member of the UN Security Council, praising President Tebboune's "sincere fraternal spirit" and his "understanding of all issues in the region and of Sudan."

General Al-Burhan also said that, during his talks with the President of the Republic, he had discussed a number of "common issues;" in addition to examining the various areas of cooperation between the two brotherly countries.

President of the Sovereign Council of the Republic of Sudan visits Djamaâ El-Djazaïr

ALGIERS-President of the Sovereign Council of the Republic of Sudan, General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan Abderrahmane, visited on Monday ( the second day of his visit to Algeria) Djamaâ El-Djazaïr (Algiers Mosque).

Shortly before, the President of the Sovereign Council of the Republic of Sudan, accompanied by Minister of Trade and Export Promotion, Tayeb Zitouni, visited the National Museum of the Mujahid, where he toured the various sections of the museum and received detailed explanations on the different historical stages of Algeria and its National War of Liberation. 

On Sunday, President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, held on Sunday one-to-one talks with the President of the Sovereign Council of the Republic of Sudan, a sister country, which then were extended to delegations from both countries at the headquarters of the Presidency of the Republic. 

Chairman of Sudan's Sovereignty Council wraps up visit to Algeria

 

ALGIERS- The chairman of the Sovereignty Council of the Republic of Sudan, a sister country, General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan Abderrahmane, wrapped up Monday a two-day official visit to Algeria that was an opportunity to reaffirm the age-old relations between the two countries and the convergence of views on several topical issues.

He was greeted when he left the Houari-Boumediene International Airport of Algiers by Prime Minister Nadir Larbaoui.

On the first day of the visit, the president of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, had one-on-one discussions with the chairman of the Sovereignty Council of the Republic of Sudan, subsequently extended to the delegations of the two countries, at the headquarters of the presidency of the Republic.

In a joint press conference following their discussions, President Tebboune expressed Algeria's support to Sudan "to overcome the current difficult situation and face the forces of evil targeting it, praising "the old-aged relations" between the two sister countries.

President Tebboune welcomed the position of Sudan, "which supports Algeria as a UN Security Council member," stressing "the convergence of views between the two countries about several regional and international issues."

He added that "Algeria has always favoured the resolution of conflicts" through an internal approach, without any foreign interference."

 "The last word belongs to the Sudanese people with all its components."
