The embassy organized an event at its headquarters to commemorate the sixty-third anniversary of National Independence Day, today, July 5th, at eleven o'clock in the morning,with the attendance of its employees and several members of the national community residing in China. During this occasion, the national flag was raised, the opening of the book was read, and a minute of silence was observed in mourning for our noble martyrs. The ambassador delivered a speech emphasizing the importance of commemorating this precious national occasion, in honor of the sacrifices of generations of the Algerian people for freedom and independence. He also mentioned the challenges currently facing Algeria, which require the cooperation and solidarity of all citizens to defend the homeland and preserve its unity, and to continue the path of construction and development relying on the efforts of Algerian youth. The ambassador also read a message from the President of the Republic on this glorious national occasion.
